Candida Symptoms

There are many symptoms of candidiasis, which makes it difficult to pinpoint that there is in fact a yeast infection. Symptoms may include the following:

  • Digestive disorders, such as bloating, cramping, gas, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, and allergies
  • Mood swings, including depression and a sense of detachment
  • Fatigue and poor memory
  • Skin disorders, including eczema, hives, acne, and psoriasis
  • Muscle aches and pain in the joints

It is important to note that these are often symptoms which can have other causes, so diagnosing these specifically to candida is difficult. If you suspect you have candidiasis, you should consult with your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

If your symptoms are not serious, you could attempt treatment with a candida diet or cleanse, and see if the symptoms are relieved.
